Making Monday: Cook Book Holder

We kept running out of kitchen counter space (as does everyone it seems) and so we decided to try out a cookbook holder to use the vertical space. We made it using wood scraps in the garage, and bolts that were once part of an ikea piece of furniture. So far it's worked well for holding up the cookbook. I don't think we are saving all that much space, but the vertical is way easier to read.

Simple design. Made from wood, screws, and glue. Used blue stain. Polyurethaned shelves. One of the most useful things we have built.
